It has always been our mission to connect with our community, through the means of yoga. As we are entering into 13th year, we are delighted to extend our invitation to those who has yet to step onto yoga mat or who are new to Iyengar Yoga to join us for a 90 minutes session.
This community class aims to share the potentials of incorporating yoga practice into your day-to-day life. Yogasana (postures) aids in building strength, bringing balance with mobility and stability while cultivating discipline, courage, and sensitivity in mind, body, and spirit as one progresses.
