Level Two

This program is ideal for students who have been consistently practicing Iyengar Yoga for at least two years. The program will focus on intensive work in a broad spectrum of asanas, offering a challenging and dynamic practice. Participants will be expected to have a strong understanding of Iyengar Yoga principles and possess a solid foundation in intermediate to advanced poses. This program is not recommended for beginners or those who are new to Iyengar Yoga.
