About this program

All sessions will be conducted in English with Chinese translation.

“Strong Immune System” – through YOGIC LIFESTYLE Program is a series of intensive workshops to learn about Structure of human immune system, fundamentals of yoga and adopting those yogic techniques in our daily life to build a strong immune system. 

It is a journey of exploration and experiments which naturally combines a firm spiritual, philosophical and practical aspects of yogic lifestyle and encourages students to take the subject of yoga in to their daily life and through that building a strong immune system to take care overall health.

All intensives are limited to 20-25 students in person. Can join through Online also.

Am I Eligible?

It is suitable for students who are totally new to yoga and  beginners of yoga. It’s also suitable for experienced yoga practitioners to work on their self-practice. 

Duration of Program?

It’s 6 Modules in total and each module will be covered in 16 to 20 hours over a period of 2.5 to 3 days. Every intensive module is a complete one on itself and at the same time connected with each other as a complete course. 

What else need to be done?

Participants need to attend weekly classes in between the intensives. Students will be assigned preparatory material and homework appropriate to the Intensives.
Students are strongly encouraged to develop a mentorship relationship with the teachers.

Daily Schedule: (tentative)

• Fridays : 3pm to 6pm

• Saturdays & Sundays: 

     7:30am to 10am

     11am to 1pm 

     3pm to 5pm
