Our Regular Classes are designed for students who have prior experience in Iyengar Yoga and are ready to deepen their practice. Each class has specific entry requirements to ensure you are placed at the right level for your progress. LEVEL-1 CLASSES

A structured class for dedicated students with at least one year of consistent Iyengar Yoga practice, refining alignment, strength, and endurance. Designed for students who have been practicing Iyengar Yoga regularly for at least a year, this class builds upon foundational knowledge, focusing on refined alignment, longer holds, and greater endurance. You’ll explore a wider range of asanas while deepening your understanding of the method.
