I live in the USA but spend about 4-6 months a year in Kuala Lumpur. I have been going to practice at BKS Iyengaryoga for the past 5 years while I am in KL. I not only enjoy and gain considerable understanding from the guidance that the instructors provide at each practice session, but as importantly, the very pleasant community that is part of BKS Iyengar. It really gives you peace of mind when you first walk in. All props and mats are provided. Shower facilities provided. They have Iyengar yoga classes for all levels from yoga beginners to advanced, including children’s and pregnancy yoga classes. Best place to learn yoga safely under the guidance of experienced and well-qualified Iyengar Yoga teachers. I would recommend this for anyone looking to unwind, strengthen, lengthen and learn.
