Testimonials

I had the pleasure to volunteer for six weeks. It was an amazing experience. I have been exposed to Iyengar Yoga very little before I came to this place, and learned a lot about yoga and myself during this time.

I had the opportunity to attend as many classes as I wished, according to my level of experience in yoga. Through this continuous practice and the guidance of the experienced teachers I became more aware of my body.  I learned not only about the physical asanas, but also meditation and breathing techniques. The practice of yoga I have been inducted to helped me to become more aware and connected to myself.

I had the opportunity to join a workshop and some events taking place during my stay. I had a lot of fun and deep conversations with the open minded, open hearted and humorous staff, who made me feel at home. I feel very blessed and grateful given the chance to experience all this!
