This 10-week Iyengar Yoga Foundation Course is designed for absolute beginners or those new to the Iyengar method, helping you develop a strong, safe, and sustainable practice. Taught by certified Iyengar Yoga teachers, this course offers a step-by-step introduction to:
- Basic yoga postures to build strength, flexibility & stability
- Breath & movement synchronization for deeper awareness
