Terms and Conditions

STANDARD CLASS PACKAGE, SPECIAL CLASS, COURSE, WORKSHOP & RETREAT

By purchasing a class package, special class, course, workshop, or retreat with BKS Iyengar Yogashala, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

PAYMENT MODES

We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and online remittance. Payment is always due at the time services are rendered.

All payments must be directed to RISHI MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES SDN BHD, the registered business entity for BKS Iyengar Yogashala.

PACKAGE START & EXPIRATION

Package validity begins on the date of purchase:

  • 10-Class and 20-Class Packages: valid for 3 months

  • 50-Class Package: valid for 6 months

  • 100-Class Package: valid for 12 months (can be shared by up to 2 students)

DEFINITION OF MEMBER

A new member must complete the Student Registration Form and pay a one-time fee of RM50.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Fifty only).

You are considered a member only during the active period of your package (applies to packages of 10 classes and above).
Once your package expires, you will become an Alumni if you do not purchase a new package immediately.
Attendance on a Drop-In basis does not grant membership status.

DEFINITION OF STANDARD CLASS PACKAGE

Any Class Package with 10 classes or more, offered to all student levels, is considered a Standard Class Package.

EXTENSION OF CLASS PACKAGES

Extensions are granted only under dire circumstances.
Extensions are not available for reasons such as business travel or vacation.

MEMBERSHIP UPGRADES & DOWNGRADES

Upgrades or downgrades are allowed only within 7 days from the date of billing.

CLASSES / WORKSHOPS / COURSES / RETREATS – GENERAL CANCELLATIONS

BKS Iyengar Yogashala reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class, workshop, course, or retreat at any time. We will do our best to notify students via WhatsApp, email, website, social media, and in-class announcements.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel any class with low attendance.

  • Substitute instructors without prior notice.

  • Issue a full refund if a workshop, course, or retreat is canceled by the studio.
