Experience a transformative Iyengar Yoga workshop with renowned teacher Lois Steinberg in the heart of Malaysia!
Having 38 years of extensive studentship with the Iyengar family includes annual participation in the general and medical classes at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune, India, she is one of the world’s most experienced yoga teachers awarded the Advanced 2 certification by Guruji B.K.S. Iyengar.
Lois’ teaching is infused with enthusiasm to share the knowledge and acumen that have come through her sustained practice and study of the tremendous work of B.K.S. Iyengar and his family. She strives to emphasize and exemplify whole-body transformation through the joy of regular immersion in practice.
Daily schedule [March 20th-23rd, 2025]:
SURYA & CHANDRA BHEDANA – Awakening the Sun & Moon Within
In this 12-session module, we explore Surya (solar) and Chandra (lunar) Bhedana – classical prāṇāyāma techniques that balance dynamic and calming energies within the body.
Build upon previous practices like Ujjāyī, Viloma, and Bhrāmarī to refine breath, improve vitality, and stabilize the mind. Learn the impact of these techniques on the nāḍī system, inner rhythms, and pranic healing.
Students can use any active packages for this Pranayama course.
Session Details:
- 12 sessions – booked at once.
- Hybrid Class – join us either in-person at the shala or online.
