Join us for an immersive 3-day workshop that dives deep into the transformative practice of a women’s yoga practice. Designed specifically to honour the unique needs and challenges that arise throughout a woman’s life specifically the monthly cycle, and menopause. This workshop will address the many ways women have to adjust their practice based on their needs, biological, physical and mental health.

Day - 01Understanding Your Monthly Cycle

Explore the connection between your yoga practice and the different phases of your menstrual cycle. (The entire month) Learn modifications and tailored asanas (poses) to accommodate varying energy levels and physical changes during menstruation. Discover self-care techniques and mindfulness practices to nourish your body and mind during this time.

Day - 02Empowering Your Yoga Practice

Dive deeper into the art of yoga and how it can enhance your well-being throughout the month. Explore specific postures and sequences that promote strength, flexibility, and emotional balance. Discover breathing techniques and meditation practices to cultivate inner harmony and serenity.

Day 3Navigating Menopause with Yoga

Gain insights into the hormonal changes and challenges that accompany menopause. Learn yoga practices to alleviate common symptoms such as hot flashes, mood swings, and sleep disturbances. Embrace the wisdom and grace of this transformative phase of life through gentle movements and restorative practices.

Ms Kathy Cook is a professional Yoga instructor, certified by Iyengar Yoga. She advocates and pursues a harmonious yoga practice to achieve both physical and mental health wellness. She has traveled extensively to teach various classes, workshops, retreats, and teacher training in Bali, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Singapore, and Malaysia. With over 30 years of experience, she develops her own unique teaching method – disciplined but loving and benevolent. Being a seasoned teacher, her students learn from her the principles of yoga with ease and confidence.
